Help keep the Beehyve buzzing
Beehyve supports adults with ADHD, autism, learning differences, and neurodiversity across Aotearoa. We are a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, coaches, therapists, and support staff who share a simple goal: meeting people where they’re at, and helping people access the understanding, assessment, and support they need to thrive.
We’re looking for a Business Support Team Member to help keep things running smoothly for the people we support, and for our team. The role would be 6-10 hours a week of your time, with scope to increase in the near future.
This is a fully remote independant contractor role, so you can work from anywhere in Aotearoa. It offers a good amount of flexibility and autonomy, and of course no commute is always a bonus!
What you’ll be doing
This is a role with plenty of variety, including:
responding to client and practitioner emails, calls and messages
helping the people we support understand what happens next
managing forms, client information and assessment pathways
keeping on top of invoicing, credit control and practitioner payments
making sure our digital records and processes are tidy and up to date
following up the things that need following up
spotting when something isn’t working particularly well and helping us make it better.
You’ll fit right in if you:
love getting things sorted - you’re organised, responsive, and great at working out what needs doing first
love the detail - you ensure things are accurate, complete, and where they should be
love a bit of tech - you’re confident with Microsoft 365, and you’re happy learning new platforms
love difference - you’re open-minded, inclusive, and value diverse ways of thinking, communicating and working.
Why Beehyve?
Many of the people who work with Beehyve bring lived experience alongside their professional skills, so empathy, curiosity and understanding are genuinely part of how we work.
And the work matters. Every email answered, form sent, invoice sorted and process made easier helps remove one more barrier for someone trying to access support and gives our practitioners more time to focus on the people they’re here to help.
We’re a growing team who value kindness, inclusion and making a difference - does that sound like you?
Then come join us!
Send us your CV, and tell us a little about you in whatever way works best for you.
We’d love to know:
Keep it short! We’re just keen to find out how you think, how you treat people, and what matters to you.
If Beehyve feels like your kind of place, we’d love to hear from you - email clare.marks@beehyve.health
