  • Preparing and dispatching instructor course materials
  • Provide support to learners, course providers, and staff with post-course follow-up and result confirmation
  • Maintain an accurate database and record for reporting and quality assurance purposes
  • Oversee the Instructor nomination process, including receiving nomination files, verifying documents and details, and supporting the onboarding of nominees
  • Provide back up support to the secretariat for Council, Executive, and project groups to fulfil their administrative requirements
  • Work with the administration team to jointly support office administration systems and maintain quality control processes

  • Experience working in a small team within an NGO, membership-based, education, training, or client-focused environment is advantageous
  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service, with experience in a customer-focused setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of people
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Well-developed and confident verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality outcomes
  • A motivated and adaptable team player with a positive attitude, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or collaboratively
  • Tech-savvy, computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, MAC operating systems and database CRM
  • Available to work Wednesday and Fridays
