About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to help execute the marketing strategy across both Virtue and GoGenerosity.

This is an ideal role for a marketer who enjoys getting things done. You'll work closely with the CEO to bring our marketing roadmap to life, creating campaigns, producing content, improving our digital presence and helping more retailers discover our platforms.

As a small team, we value people who are proactive, organised and comfortable working across a variety of marketing disciplines. While the overall direction is already in place, you'll have opportunities to contribute ideas, recommend improvements and help us continually raise the quality of our marketing.

What you'll be doing

  • Execute the marketing plan across Virtue and GoGenerosity.
  • Create and publish content across LinkedIn, email, websites and other digital channels.
  • Manage and optimise marketing campaigns using HubSpot and Mailchimp.
  • Build and maintain email automations, nurture journeys and CRM workflows.
  • Improve our SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) through ongoing content creation and optimisation.
  • Support co-marketing initiatives with retailers, charities and technology partners.
  • Manage outbound marketing campaigns with Apollo.
  • Publish customer stories, case studies, product updates and thought leadership content.
  • Monitor marketing performance and report on key metrics.
  • Recommend practical improvements that help us generate more awareness, leads and engagement.

We are looking for someone who is

  • An excellent writer and communicator.
  • Experienced with marketing automation tools
  • Loves learning and keeping up with changes in digital marketing, AI and search.
  • Enjoys creating content that is engaging, practical and authentic.
  • Is organised and can manage multiple projects independently.
  • Is comfortable using data to improve marketing performance.

Bonus if you have experience with

  • eCommerce retail ecosystem.
  • B2B SaaS.
  • Consumer brands.
  • Working with purpose-led organisations or brands.

Salary

$39,000 pro rata / $104,000 per annum
