About Us
Digital Seniors is a registered charity on a mission to bridge the digital divide. We provide high-quality, one-on-one coaching to help seniors aged 65+ navigate the digital world with confidence. Our community hubs are lifelines, fostering connection and empowerment. We are a collaborative team driven by a shared kaupapa, and we need a detail-oriented professional to keep our engine running smoothly.
The Role
As our Finance and HR Administrator, you will be the backbone of our day-to-day operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will ensure our financial health and team support are second to none.

Digital Seniors is a registered charity that provides essential support to a rapidly growing population of seniors who need help navigating digital tools and technology.
We deliver free, high-quality, one-to-one coaching for seniors through our local hubs in four communities across the North Island.
These hubs are weekly social learning spaces for seniors that support them build skills in a positive, fun and social environment.
Our hubs are far more than learning spaces though, they are lifelines. They offer seniors meaningful opportunities to connect with others, build confidence, and remain active, engaged members of their commu
Most services, communications, and entertainment are now online. However, many seniors have difficulty accessing these and, as a result, are becoming more socially excluded.
At a time when social isolation is a growing concern, our hubs serve as a critical intervention point, linking seniors not only to digital skills but also to wider health and mental-wellbeing supports.
The hubs are a part of our wider ecosystem model sees us collaborate with other senior support services in the community.
