The role | Te tūnga  

Reporting to the Senior Manager - People Partnering & Advice, you’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced, high-impact People & Culture function. This is a dynamic role where you’ll provide seamless coordination across advisory, recruitment, and payroll, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while making a real difference to people’s experience.

You’ll play an important part in shaping how we work, contributing ideas to enhance our processes and building strong, trusted relationships with advisors and People Leaders across the organisation.

At the core of this role is the opportunity to become our go-to HR systems expert. You’ll take the lead on supporting key HR processes across advisory, payroll, and recruitment workflows, while owning position management and administering essential tools like SharePoint. As a trusted first point of contact for People & Culture enquiries, you’ll connect people with the right information and support, making things easy and efficient.

This role would suit someone who can bring:  

  • Proven HR and recruitment coordination experience in a busy environment.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 tools and systems i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and use of or ability to learn other tools i.e. OneNote, Planner, Teams, Bookings etc. 
  • Experience connecting people with information, resources, and advisors to solve queries and issues relating to HR. 
  • Sharp attention to detail, with experience proofreading documentation and creating clear, engaging communications across multiple formats.
  • Agile in thinking and working, comfortable working in both a non-structured and structured way.
  • Confidence navigating ambiguity and change, while maintaining momentum and focus.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines.
