This is more than an operations role — it’s about enabling meaningful impact.
As Operations Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of Empowerment Trust, helping ensure our programmes reach the people who need them most — safely, consistently, and with care. You’ll connect the big picture to the day-to-day, turning intention into action and making sure everything we do reflects our commitment to safe, respectful relationships and communities free from harm.
During a pivotal period of transition, you’ll help strengthen how we operate — bringing clarity to systems, improving ways of working, and supporting the shift toward sustainable, scalable delivery, including online programmes. You’ll work closely with the Board and our wider team to create strong foundations that enable both immediate impact and long-term growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who leads with both head and heart — someone who brings structure, builds trust, and is deeply motivated by making things better for the people and communities we serve.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
Please email your CV and a short cover note outlining your experience and why this role interests you to mj@empowermenttrust.nz.
If you’d like to have a chat about the role first, feel free to reach out — happy to connect.
We’re keen to move quickly, so applications will be reviewed as they come in.
