Ngāti Manuhiri Settlement Trust (NMST) is a kaupapa Māori organisation dedicated to delivering outcomes for the iwi through governance, environmental stewardship, cultural revitalisation, and economic development. Guided by Te Tiriti o Waitangi and grounded in manaakitanga and kaitiakitanga, they work to strengthen relationships with whānau, hapū, and the wider community.
The purpose of the Ngāti Manuhiri Settlement Trust is to receive, administer, manage, protect and govern the Trust’s assets to ensure the cultural, commercial and social development of Ngāti Manuhiri for the benefit of its members.
We are looking for a passionate and highly organised individual to join our team in a key administrative role. If you have strong coordination skills, experience in administration, and a commitment to kaupapa Māori, Nau mai, tono mai!

The Administration Assistant plays a vital support role, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and excellent communication with stakeholders. As the first point of contact for all enquiries, let your manaaki shine through as you greet visiting manuhiri and whānau to the Trust. This role is integral to the smooth running of NMST's administration functions.
