This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based at our Wellington Office.

The role | Te tūnga  

The role sits within the Office of the Chief Executive branch supporting the General Manager for Communication and Senior Manager Executive and Government Relations.

As an Executive Assistant in this team, you will provide high quality executive and administrative support to your senior leaders. You will act as their eyes and ears across the teams, ensuring systems, processes, and workflows are effective and fit for purpose. Given the sensitive nature of the work within the branch, this role operates in a position of high trust, and the ability to exercise sound judgement, confidentiality and discretion is essential.

Salary range: $83,361 – $98,830 + superannuation
