We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the day today operations of our Trust. This role is central to ensuring our systems, processes, and programmes run efficiently — from awards administration and governance support through to routine financial administration.
You’ll work closely with the General Manager, providing operational, governance, awards, and financial administration support to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the Trust. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and brings strong coordination and administrative skills.
Key responsibilities include:
Financial administration such as reconciliations, invoicing, and expense processing
Awards and applications administration
Governance and Board support
Records management and operational coordination
Website updates and stakeholder support
About you:
You’re highly organised with strong attention to detail
You have experience in administrative and financial support roles
You’re confident working with systems and processes
Experience with Xero and Thank You Payroll is advantageous
You’re comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
