Salary: $65,222 - $74,116 + superannuation

The role | Te tūnga
Reporting to the Senior Manager - People Operations & Data, your focus is to support our busy P&C functions including recruitment, advisory and payroll teams to provide seamless coordination services and support. You'll have input to developing our business processes and build strong relationships with our advisors and People Leaders across the organisation.
The key focus of this role is to become our team's Recruitment system expert, providing seamless support across Recruitment processes, including advisory and payroll workflows. You'll take ownership of recruitment administrative tasks including interview bookings, pre-employment checks, offer process and onboarding, administer critical tools like SharePoint, and serve as the trusted first point of contact for recruitment enquiries. With a strong emphasis on building relationships across the organisation, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to projects, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a career as an HR generalist or specialist.
