Founded in 1989, Parent Help is a Wellington-based charity that provides practical, compassionate support to parents, caregivers and whānau across Aotearoa. Through our free nationwide parenting helpline, affordable family counselling and evidence-based parenting education, we empower families with the skills, confidence and support they need to thrive. By strengthening families early, we help build safer, more resilient communities and prevent child abuse before it happens.
