Our cafe is located at the entrance to a vibrant church in the heart of Greenlane. Within a short walking distance of McDonalds, Woolworths and Carey Baptist College, plus other offices and businesses, we have a captive market from Monday to Saturday. We also have regular ongoing orders for catering, as well as occasional events in the church auditorium.
Minimal capital startup is required, with the possibility of a profit-share model rather than an annual lease. A commercial kitchen is provided and after 9 months of operation since launching, we already have a successful business model and ongoing customers with a consistent 5-star rating.
