Community Impact Partner

Job Description

The Role

Want to make a real difference in our community?

Trust Horizon is seeking an experienced and engaging Community Impact Partner to work alongside local organisations, identify opportunities for meaningful change, and help turn community aspirations into lasting impact through granting.

We are looking for someone who is curious, approachable, evidence-based and a great listener. You’ll bring strong relationship-building skills, sound judgement and experience in community development, philanthropy, grantmaking, social services or a related field. Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, equity and community voice are important.

This role also requires the flexibility to work, when required, outside of ‘normal’ business hours.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small dedicated team focused on giving back to our community through granting and impact investing.  If building trust, working with discretion and collaboration are your strengths then this opportunity is just for you.
