Christian World Service (CWS) is seeking an energetic, strategic Interim National Director to steward a small, dynamic organisation through an important transition period, ahead of appointing a permanent National Director. This is a unique opportunity to shape the next chapter of a respected, values‑driven agency committed to justice, dignity, and long‑term community‑led development.
For up to one year, you will play a pivotal role in how CWS works on behalf of our partner churches and donors to address overseas poverty and injustice, support development programmes with vulnerable communities (particularly in the Pacific), respond to natural disasters, and strengthen movements for positive social change.

Experience in marketing or fundraising communications would be an advantage.
