Volunteer Fundraising Coordinator

Job Description

Working alongside our Executive Director and RPE team, you will help create and coordinate fundraising opportunities that support our programmes and long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Establishing and coordinating fundraising campaigns and community initiatives.
  • Building relationships with businesses, trusts, philanthropic and community supporters.
  • Helping develop and drive RPE’s fundraising strategies.
  • Maintaining a fundraising calendar and tracking donations.
  • Researching funding and grant opportunities.
  • Assisting with funding applications and supporting documentation.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in fundraising in the community sector
  • Has excellent written and communication skills.
  • Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Enjoys building relationships, creating innovative fundraising campaigns and intitiatives
  • Is proactive, creative and self-motivated.
  • Is passionate about creating safer communities for children and young people.

This position is voluntary. However, as our fundraising capacity grows, we hope to develop this into a permanent position.
