Hāpai Tūhono is entering an exciting new phase of growth and impact. Based in Manukau, the next chapter is even more exciting as they look to create new pathways for rangatahi, whānau and communities to learn, grow and thrive across Aotearoa.
To support this continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to build the operational capability that will underpin our future success.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal senior leadership role responsible for ensuring Hāpai Tūhono has the systems, processes, technology and operational foundations required to support sustainable growth. We're looking for someone who enjoys building organisations, not simply maintaining them.
You'll be a strategic and commercially minded leader who is equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves when required. You'll enjoy solving complex problems, improving systems, leading change and creating environments where people can do their best work.
This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation experiencing significant growth while helping shape its future. Working alongside an ambitious executive team, you'll influence organisational strategy, strengthen operational capability, lead innovation, and play a key role in preparing Hāpai Tūhono for its next stage of development.
