Role Description (Volunteer)
This part‑time remote volunteer role supports community members who are developing or expanding their online businesses. As a Business Development Coach, you will help individuals build confidence, set meaningful goals, and develop practical skills through structured coaching conversations and group workshops.
You’ll guide participants through personal development tools, values‑aligned planning, and foundational business practices such as digital setup, basic marketing, and audience development. The role also involves maintaining simple progress notes, contributing to community resources, and supporting online events that strengthen connection and learning.
This volunteer position is ideal for individuals with experience in education, coaching, training, personal development, or business development who want to contribute to community empowerment and support others in creating positive change.
Qualifications
Strong coaching or development skills
Effective communication and active listening
Understanding of personal development or basic business concepts
Comfortable working remotely and supporting diverse communities
Coaching or education experience beneficial but not essential
