We’re looking for a senior campaigner to lead high impact campaigns for good causes across Aotearoa and around the world.
The senior campaigner will take a leading role in delivering Supergood’s advocacy, behaviour change and mobilisation campaigns for non-profits, charities and progressive causes. This is a hands-on role that combines strategy, creativity, client and partner liaison, and campaign delivery.

You have a strong understanding of campaign strategy and theory
You’re passionate (and curious!) about progressive campaigning, social change and how new tools, technologies and methods can shape campaigning
You have hands-on experience managing impactful campaigns
You’re an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
You’re creative and solutions-focused, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
We value all kinds of experience and backgrounds, and particularly encourage applications from tāngata whenua and Pāsifika, as well as the LGTBQIA+ community.

We’re a small team based in central Wellington, offering five weeks’ annual leave.
