Ignite Consultants is a student-run charity that develops emerging leaders and creates meaningful impact for community organisations across Aotearoa New Zealand.

Operating through student-led executive teams in both Dunedin and Wellington, Ignite is governed by a national Board of Trustees that supports, challenges, and guides the organisation's long-term success.

We're seeking a Chair to lead the Board of Trustees and help guide the organisation through its next stage of development. This is an opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about governance, community impact, and supporting young people to grow and succeed.

We welcome applications from individuals who bring:

• Governance, leadership, or strategic experience
• Strong relationship-building and facilitation skills
• Sound judgement and the ability to balance support, challenge, and oversight
• A commitment to ongoing learning and engagement with Te Tiriti o Waitangi
