Pasifika Festivals Aotearoa Incorporated Society (PFA Inc.) is seeking two Tutors to support the delivery of the Pasifika Youth Producers Programme — a national initiative designed to develop the next generation of Pacific producers through workshops, mentoring, and real-world festival placements.
This role is central to coordinating and delivering the programme across regions, working closely with the Programme Lead and reporting to the General Manager to ensure the programme is delivered effectively and with impact.
Implementing the planning and coordination of programme delivery
Overseeing day-to-day implementation across workshops and festival placements
Delivering the programme across regions with other tutors, mentors, and partners
Supporting participant engagement, tracking, and progression
Maintaining delivery quality and alignment with programme outcomes
Supporting monitoring, evaluation, and reporting
Contributing to a pilot micro-credential initiative with an education partner
Experience in education or training programme or project delivery (youth, arts, or community sector)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Understanding of Pacific values and culturally grounded practice
Ability to work within a team-based delivery model
Experience supporting delivery, tracking, and reporting processes
