Job Description

    • Facilitate youth peer social groups for individuals aged 18–30, focused on supporting mental wellbeing
    • Use lived experience of mental health and/or addiction to provide authentic peer support
    • Apply peer support principles in group facilitation (training provided)
    • Represent the youth demographic served and foster a safe, inclusive environment
    • Lead scheduled group sessions (Mondays, Fridays, and fortnightly Thursdays), with flexibility for changes
    • Participate in occasional special events, including evenings and weekends
    • Attend monthly supervision sessions and team meetings.

Salary

$28 per hour, 8 hours per week
