Volunteer Marketing Manager ~5 hours per week | Remote | Climate Club Aotearoa
Are you looking for a way to use your marketing experience for good? We're looking for a person who is eager to learn, has a can-do attitude, and wants to work for a charity that helps people take new high impact climate actions. This role offers just that, for a growing climate action charity.
Climate Club's marketing & comms team is run by a small volunteer team producing blog posts, reels, and long-form articles across various platforms. We're looking for someone to step into a comms / marketing leader and manager role: managing the team's workflow, keeping content on track, and making sure Climate Club has a marketing plan / strategy.
What you'll do
Lead and coordinate a team of comms / social media volunteers: assigning work, tracking progress, and keeping deliverables on schedule. You'll own the content calendar, ensure posts go out on time, and be the connector between our volunteers and Climate Club's broader campaigns (including the #ClimateClubChallenge series and weekly newsletters).

Someone building towards a career in marketing, communications, or project management, or looking to step into their first people-management role. You don't need a management background; you need to be curious, eager to learn, and have some marketing training.
