Part -time Supervisor, Orphans Aid Opshop Whanganui

This is an amazing part time opportunity for a passionate hard-working person to assist the manager and the Whanganui team, supporting a New Zealand charity with an International focus.

The Opshop supervisor is responsible for supporting the Manager with the smooth running of the Whanganui Opshop and ensuring it is performing to it's full potential.

With your exceptional people skills and energy, you will ensure that the team of volunteers are appreciated and connected to the organisations values.

• Retail experience is a must and a LOVE of Opshops. (Op shopping experience a plus).
• Team supervisory experience is preferred
• Experience working with volunteers
• Fantastic organisational skills
• Creative thinking ability and resourcefulness
• Good communication, admin and reporting skills
• A passion to see underprivileged children and communities in New Zealand and overseas supported.

The role is based in Whanganui and we welcome applications from those who live locally. Hours of work minimum 14 hours per week.

The role will also cover in the managers absence, so it will include extra hours during busy periods and times of need.

Some rostered Saturday work will be required.
