Pasifika Festivals Aotearoa (PFA Inc) is seeking a Programme Lead to support the delivery of the Pasifika Youth Producers Programme — a national initiative designed to develop the next generation of Pacific producers through workshops, mentoring, and real-world festival placements.
This role is central to coordinating delivery across regions, working closely with the General Manager and programme team to ensure the programme is delivered effectively and with impact.
Supporting the planning and coordination of programme delivery
Overseeing day-to-day implementation across workshops and festival placements
Coordinating delivery across regions with tutors, mentors, and partners
Supporting participant engagement, tracking, and progression
Maintaining delivery quality and alignment with programme outcomes
Supporting monitoring, evaluation, and reporting
Contributing to a pilot micro-credential initiative with an education partner
You are organised, collaborative, and confident working across multiple moving parts.
You bring:
Experience in programme or project coordination/delivery (youth, arts, or community sector)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Understanding of Pacific values and culturally grounded practice
Ability to work within a team-based delivery model
Experience supporting delivery, tracking, and reporting processes
Desirable:
Festivals, events, or creative industries experience
Experience working with youth (18–24)
Exposure to education or training programmes
This role sits within a collaborative delivery model:
General Manager leads strategy and external relationships
Business & Resources Lead manages budget and resourcing
Programme Lead focuses on delivery coordination and implementation
Contract: 4 May 2026 – 31 March 2027
Hours: 500 hours (flexible across programme period)
Location: Aotearoa (some travel required)
In-person Talanoa: 7 May (Wellington – TBC)
