The main purpose of the role is:
Lead onsite activities and recreation for visiting groups, while communicating El Rancho’s Values, and develop the Activities department and team.
The right person will:
Have Outdoor Education experience.
Love working with kids and young people.
Be a team player and be willing to contribute and to grow alongside others.
Have experience managing people and volunteers.
Be able to balance the admin, Health and Safety elements of the role, with creating meaningful relationships with guests, volunteers, and staff.
