The role | Te tūnga
The role is a permanent role based in Whanganui-a-tara reporting to the Senior Manager - Māori Partnerships and Engagement.
As Senior Advisor - Māori Partnerships & Engagement, you will provide high‑quality strategic and operational advice that supports the delivery of the Māori Partnerships and Engagement work programme. You’ll play an enabling role across the team coordinating workstreams, monitoring delivery, and leading the planning and delivery of engagement activities and events such as relationship agreement signings, workshops and wānanga.
You’ll work closely with Māori, iwi and hapū partners, as well as internal stakeholders, to ensure engagement is well‑planned, mana‑enhancing, and delivers meaningful outcomes.
