Internship Candidate Manager

The Role

This role is all about getting great outcomes for students and graduates.

You’ll take ownership of placing candidates into internships, managing the process through, keeping things moving, and making sure each placement is a strong fit.

Alongside this, you’ll be actively building relationships with organisations and working to identify new opportunities to place candidates.

If you like working at pace, juggling multiple moving parts, and seeing tangible results from your work, this role will suit you.

Being a small business environment this is a hands-on role,  requiring initiative, sound judgement, and a strong focus on outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Placement Delivery

• Manage the full placement lifecycle, from initial student engagement through to confirmed internship placement, ensuring candidates are matched to enable a meaningful work placement and a positive experience that meets their credit requirements and learning goals

• Maintain momentum across multiple concurrent placements to achieve outcomes

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain productive relationships with host organisations

• Ensure a positive experience for both students and host partners throughout the placement process, which includes working with a small, dynamic team

Full time or Ideally a 0.9 position
