Duty Managers - Couple

We are seeking an additional couple to join our established team of two couples to continue our excellent customer service and property management.
The role requires a couple that is friendly, approachable, empathetic and is happy to work alongside a team of others. The ability to juggle multiple balls in the air would be useful. Previous experience in successfully managing similar facilities is essential.
Experience with Seekom Property Management system and OTA’s would be an advantage.
Each couple works on an independent contractor basis and works for between 160 and 180 days per year on a rostered rotating 10 day period.
A well-appointed 1 bedroom house is available during rostered days on.

Not For Profit (NFP) Programme
A group or organisation first needs to apply for registration with BTF and be accepted into the NFP programme.
Once accepted, a rate 50% off Flaxmill’s equivalent rack rate is made available for bookings from 1 April to mid-December each year (excluding Easter and public holiday or popular event weekends) under the Framework and Special Conditions listed at https://www.flaxmillbay.co.nz/giving-back/
