ReliefAid is a New Zealand-founded humanitarian organisation delivering life-saving aid to families caught in war.
We work in some of the world’s most challenging environments, including Gaza, Ukraine, Syria, Afghanistan and Lebanon, delivering emergency support to families when and where it is needed most. We reach families quickly and effectively, often in places where others cannot or will not go.

Responsibilities
You will be working in our small, dedicated and passionate Management team, alongside our international operations team and volunteers. This is a hands-on, varied role combining communications, fundraising, media, and advocacy.

About You:

Essential |
Values-driven individual with a strong commitment to humanitarian work Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a natural storytelling ability Experience in communications, advocacy, media, or a related field Ability and flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including media contacts, partners, donors and fundraisers. Confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including international teams Some experience managing teams and effectively delegating tasks to deliver results Able to work across time zones when required Technologically literate with experience in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Canva, Mailchimp and social platforms Legal right to live and work in New Zealand |

We currently have delivered aid to over 1 million people living in Gaza, Ukraine, Syria, Afghanistan and Lebanon.
