You’ll lead the development and delivery of our individual giving programme, driving supporter acquisition, retention, and engagement.
From campaigns and appeals to donor journeys and data insights, you’ll ensure every supporter interaction is meaningful and impactful.

What you’ll do
You’ll bring together creativity, data, and strategy to grow our individual giving programme.
You’ll:
Lead supporter acquisition across digital, tele-fundraising, and face-to-face channels
Develop engaging donor journeys that build loyalty and lifetime value
Create compelling campaigns and appeals that connect emotionally
Work closely with agencies and suppliers to deliver strong results
Use insights and data to continuously improve performance
What you bring
You’re both analytical and creative, someone who understands people and what motivates them to give.
You likely have:
Experience in individual giving, direct marketing, or fundraising
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Confidence working with data and performance metrics
Experience managing suppliers or campaigns
Most importantly, you care about creating meaningful supporter experiences.
