What you’ll do 

This is a role for someone who thrives on connection and momentum. You'll:

  • Develop and grow strategic partnerships across corporate, government, and community sectors  

  • Lead Gifts in Wills and mid-level donor programmes, building lasting relationships  

  • Identify and secure funding through trusts and foundations  

  • Contribute to high-profile campaigns and events like Sweat with Pride and Big Gay Out  

  • Turn conversations into commitments, and commitments into long-term impact  

What you bring 

  • You’re a natural relationship builder with a strategic mindset. 

  • You likely have: 

  • Experience in partnerships, fundraising, or business development  

  • Confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders  

  • Strong communication and proposal writing skills  

  • The ability to spot opportunities and bring them to life  

  • And importantly, you understand that great partnerships are built on trust, authenticity, and shared purpose.

$90,000 - $100,000
