Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Practitioner

We are seeking an analytical candidate to lead and deliver a programme of MER activities that supports The Salvation Army to be a data-informed and impactful organisation.

• Hands on and advisory opportunity.
• The role will be responsible for co-ordinating and advising on MER activities that may be undertaken by others within TSA and external contractors and will also
• Undertake a number of MER projects/regular activities.

The role has a balance of reactivity and proactivity. Some projects will be requested by other parts of TSA; however, the expectation is that you will also be pro-active in analysing TSA data and suggesting projects/use of this data.

This role is permanent full time for a total of 37.5 hours per week.

The starting salary for this role will fall between $94,768K - $127,715 per annum.
