We’re looking for a Funding & Partnerships Specialist to help grow and diversify our funding, so we can continue connecting communities to care for te taiao (the environment).
This part-time, flexible role of 16 hours per week would suit someone who wants meaningful mahi alongside balance. You might be returning to the workforce, stepping back from full-time work, or looking for a role with more autonomy.

The Beautification Trust is a South Auckland-based social enterprise working to connect and empower communities to learn, love and look after our environment.
Serving communities for 25 years, our mahi spans environmental education, zero waste programmes, climate action, conservation and community projects across South and East Auckland. Everything we do is grounded in our values of Tiakitanga (Help), Hapori (Community), Ngaakau pono (Integrity), Manaakitanga (Care) and Auahatanga (Can do).
About the role
In this newly created role, you’ll help secure funding and build partnerships that support our programmes and long-term sustainability.
This is an opportunity to take our funding and partnerships mahi to the next level, bring your experience and ideas, and shape how we grow and diversify our income.
You’ll work across grants, sponsorship, and partnerships, with a strong focus on finding the right opportunities that align with our kaupapa. You’ll be supported by our Marketing & Communications Manager, and work closely with teams across the Trust.
Success in this role involves bringing in the right funding and partnerships to support our mahi, so more communities can connect with and care for te taiao.
