Finance Manager

Job Description

ADC Microfinance is a New Zealand charity focused on reducing poverty through sustainable microfinance — supporting entrepreneurs to build livelihoods and strengthen their communities.

We’re looking for an early-career finance professional (training CA or equivalent) to join ADC as a Finance Manager.

This is a hands-on role with exposure to:
– Board-level financial reporting and presentation.
– Cashflow forecasting and financial modelling.
– Charity accounts, audit support, and funder reporting.

⏱️ Approx. 5–8 hours per month
📍NZ-based, flexible

This is a voluntary role, well suited to someone in their first few years of practice who wants real responsibility, governance exposure, and the opportunity to contribute their skills to a purpose-led organisation working in international development.
