As our Fundraising and Grants Manager, you would:
• Identify funding opportunities and grant streams
• Prepare and submit compelling grant applications
• Build relationships with funders and sponsors
• Develop sustainable fundraising strategies
• Help secure the financial support needed to keep MindfulWell running and growing
Hours: 10–12 hours per month (flexible, remote-friendly)

MindfulWell® is a kaupapa‑driven charitable trust focused on providing trauma‑informed, Whole person approach to mental health and wellbeing support to women, youth and whānau across Aotearoa. We aim to create safe, compassionate spaces where individuals can process experiences, build resilience and move forward with confidence and self‑compassion.
Our services include counselling, health and wellbeing coaching, youth‑wellbeing programmes, retreats and community initiatives. We combine evidence‑based therapies and whole‑person approaches, recognising the emotional, physical, spiritual and psychological interconnections in healing.
