As our Community Lead, you would be the heartbeat of our outreach and engagement.
You would:
• Organise and support fundraising opportunities and community events
• Bring energy and momentum to initiatives
• Share helpful resources, tools, and practical tips with our community
• Strengthen partnerships and build meaningful local connections
• Represent MindfulWell in spaces where women and youth need support
Hours: 3–5 hours per week (flexible, remote-friendly)
This role is for Someone who believes community is built through action, visibility, and genuine connection.

MindfulWell® is a kaupapa‑driven charitable trust focused on providing trauma‑informed, Whole person approach to mental health and wellbeing support to women, youth and whānau across Aotearoa. We aim to create safe, compassionate spaces where individuals can process experiences, build resilience and move forward with confidence and self‑compassion.
Our services include counselling, health and wellbeing coaching, youth‑wellbeing programmes, retreats and community initiatives. We combine evidence‑based therapies and whole‑person approaches, recognising the emotional, physical, spiritual and psychological interconnections in healing.
