About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Officer on a part-time basis (32 hours per week) to join our Finance and Admin team to support the delivery of payroll services across our business.
You’ll manage end-to-end payroll processing, including preparation, reconciliation, and compliance, while continuously improving our payroll systems and processes.
Collaborating closely with our Head of Finance, Human Resources Manager, and Administration teams across our wider business, you’ll maintain accuracy, and provide training and guidance on payroll-related matters.
This vital position is located at our head office in Lower Hutt, and there will be some travel across the lower north island to visit teams in our Villages / Care homes to really get our payroll processes and key relationships humming.
