About the Role
The Fundraising Events Manager drives the delivery of a high-impact, diverse events program that brings our vision to life. From major fundraising galas and milestone celebrations to hands-on community and donor experiences, this role is central to growing fundraising income, deepening supporter relationships and raising the organisation’s profile across the community. As well as external community engagement the Fundraising Events Manager will also deliver key internal events like the Annual Staff and Long Services Awards and AGM.
With full end-to-end project management responsibility, the Events Manager leads the planning, delivery and evaluation of large-scale, high-profile and milestone events, including significant organisational anniversaries such as the upcoming 2027 centenary celebrations. The role also delivers an exciting calendar of recurring events throughout the year, including regular Ambulance Launches, the annual Onesie Appeal, Restart a Heart Day in October and the annual Golf Day.
