This is a fixed-term role supporting the Green Party of Aotearoa New Zealand in the lead up to and during the 2026 general election. 

The General Election Creative Specialist is responsible for the operationalisation and delivery of our creative strategy in relation to the Green Party’s general election campaign. This includes: the production of print collateral and online creative assets for the central Party and local teams; managing the creative and production process (including relationships with applicable agencies); continuity of brand, advertising placement (with our placement agency).

The working hours are 40 hours per week. The member-driven nature of the organisation means that the Communications Specialist will need to be available during evenings and weekends. Out of hours work will intensify in the weeks before the general election. If the employer has asked, and the employee agrees to work more than their usual hours of work in a week, the employee will get time off in lieu.

$78,508 - 104,604 (based on collective agreement payscale)
