Are you passionate about supporting people to build practical life skills and stronger futures? SuperGrans SuperSkills Ōtautahi is seeking a capable, community‑focused Manager to lead our Christchurch Branch.
This is a hands‑on, values‑driven role suited to someone who enjoys working independently, coordinating volunteers, and building strong relationships across the community and social services sector.
About SuperGrans SuperSkills Ōtautahi
We work alongside individuals, whānau and communities by sharing practical life skills and knowledge, enabling people to take greater control of their lives and futures. We support people one-to-one or in group sessions running workshops and opportunities to meet and talk and share skills and conversations.
About the Role
As Manager, you will be responsible for the effective day‑to‑day running of the branch. You will provide leadership to volunteers, manage programmes and workshops, support people accessing our services, and collaborate with partner organisations. You will also lead fundraising activity and report to the Board.
This role offers flexibility and autonomy within a supportive governance structure that is located at The Loft, Eastgate Shopping Centre, Linwood, Christchurch. You will be onsite 2-3 days per week.
