As part of a global fellowship of Bible Societies, we support Bible mission locally, across the South Pacific, and around the world.

We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Supporter Engagement, Marketing and Fundraising Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in shaping the future of BSNZ’s mission impact.

  • Drive fundraising performance across appeals, campaigns, membership, and donor programmes
  • Leverage digital platforms, analytics, and CRM systems to improve engagement, acquisition, and campaign effectiveness
  • Lead the promotion of BSNZ’s domestic and international mission programmes
  • Partner with retail leadership to connect customers with mission and support sales promotion initiatives
  • Build strong internal and external relationships, including churches, media, suppliers, and key stakeholders
  • Use data, evaluation, and insights to continuously improve performance and impact

 About you

You are a confident, collaborative leader with a strong strategic mindset and a passion for purpose-driven work. You will bring:

  • Senior-level experience in fundraising, supporter engagement, marketing, or communications, ideally within a not-for-profit or mission-led organisation
  • Proven success developing and delivering strategies that achieve income growth and engagement outcomes
  • Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including donors, partners, and media
  • Confidence working with digital platforms, analytics, and CRM systems (e.g. Raiser’s Edge or similar)
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high-level, strategic perspective
  • Alignment with BSNZ’s Christian mission, values, and ethos

Why join BSNZ?

  • Strategic leadership role with real influence and impact
  • Work for a trusted Christian charity with a strong national and global reputation
  • Supportive, values-led organisational culture
  • Meaningful work that contributes to positive change
