Through the provision of home support and community services we enable people to live in their own homes, stay healthy and engage socially with others.
About the Role
This diverse Whakatane based role will see you utilise your interpersonal skills as you support the delivery of our home care service to the highest standard. This involves; working collaboratively with clients, whanau and other agencies. You will be responsible for supervising the Support Workers in this service.
This is a full time position, with rostered on-call hours that rotate through five week period.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
A tertiary qualification or relevant experience
Co-ordination and documentation skills
The ability to prioritise and manage your time successfully
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
The ability to build great client relationships
Computer literacy at a high level
