Are you looking for impactful work where you can be creative, lead a team, and spark positive change? This is a fantastic opportunity to join our campaigns team, the driving force behind MHF’s flagship campaigns Mental Health Awareness Week and Pink Shirt Day

These health promotion campaigns raise awareness, spark conversations, challenge stigma, empower communities to thrive, and raise essential funds for MHF’s wider Mental Health programmes. As Campaigns Manager, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of these campaigns, ensuring they reach wide audiences, inspire positive change, and strengthen wellbeing across Aotearoa. 

The Role 

As Campaigns Manager, you will: 

  • Lead and support a small team, fostering collaboration and creativity. 

  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate campaigns that drive engagement and reach priority audiences.  

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to create culturally responsive, impactful campaigns. 

  • Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships. 

  • Use data insights to assess effectiveness and improve future campaigns.

You will have 

  • Experience leading teams and people management 

  • Experience in campaign management, communications, marketing, and or social marketing. 

  • Strong project and budget management and ability to manage multiple campaigns. 

  • Ability to build relationships with strong communication skills. 

  • Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and commitment to equity. 

  • Existing knowledge of and willingness to grow and extend knowledge of Te Ao Māori and Te Reo Māori.

 The salary band for this role is $106,985 – $127,471, commensurate with experience. We are reviewing applications as they come in and will close the role when we find the right person so don’t wait!
