  • Hybrid role, combining house visits across Tāmaki Makaurau, office hours in Henderson and working remote

EcoMatters Environment Trust is looking for a Healthy Homes Assessor/Administrator to join our Homes Team. In this role, you will perform solo in-home visits to support people to improve the energy efficiency of their home. In addition, you will be hosting workshops to educate people about dry, warm and healthy homes.

 

The role is fast-paced and requires a warm and friendly, yet professional manner. Your amazing interpersonal skills, energy and enthusiasm will ensure you can work with a wide range of people, while staying on top of various administrative tasks. 

 

The successful applicant will have:

 

  • Practical skills and the ability to work with basic tools

  • Confidence when speaking to customers, either face-to-face or on the phone

  • The ability to work effectively with initiative, timeliness and accuracy

  • Strong administration skills and excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills

  • Personal integrity and understands the importance of privacy and confidentiality

  • A willingness to pitch in, as and where needed, adapting to the situation

  • A full clean drivers license – a vehicle is provided for in-home visits as our work covers the whole of Auckland
