Our client is seeking a Rautaki Māori Lead to join their team and champion kaupapa Māori initiatives through a Te Ao Māori lens that inspires, enables, and empowers Māori communities across Waitaha and Te Tai Poutini. You will play a crucial role in fostering strategic relationships and strengthening Māori communities and whānau through engaging in tika, pono and aroha.
This pivotal leadership role will shape how they engage with iwi, hapū, marae, and Māori communities. Through your guidance, Sport Canterbury will continue its bicultural journey to reflect Te Ao Māori values and work toward being an equitable Te Tiriti o Waitangi partner.
