Sandringham is a diverse, evolving community, that many of us are proud to call home. The Sandringham Project in Community Empowerment (SPiCE) grew out of this strong sense of community, and a desire to see the community continue to flourish. We recognised that for this to happen, community decisions needed to be driven by a community voice, and for Sandringham’s development to be community led. SPiCE empowers the Sandringham community by bringing people together to identify and achieve the community’s aspirations and priorities through a community-led development approach.
