Full time Social Worker Worker

TAMAKI COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TRUST 

This happy, supportive, multicultural organisation which supports whānau in the Tāmaki Rohe, is seeking an excellent Social Worker who can help build whānau capability, work in partnership with families, collaborate with colleagues and other support agencies to get better outcomes for our people. This person needs to be committed to inclusion, to honour Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the Statement of Faith of Tāmaki Community Church, our parent organisation. The successful appointee, will be active in guiding whānau and tauira toward supported pathways for their future success and will include TCC as part of that pathway where appropriate. Our church and our Trust are forward looking, innovative and focused on growing our members and reaching our community.
