Supergood is the independent global campaigns agency, helping nonprofits and governments to run advocacy, mobilisation and behaviour change campaigns.
We're currently building our team, and are on the lookout for people who would like to join us as Supergood Campaigners.
These roles are varied, and are developed around individuals. Depending on your skills, interests and experience, you may be campaign managing a human rights campaign in the Middle East, developing media buying plans for a digital campaign in the Australian Federal Election, or helping devise an impactful fundraising campaign for a health charity here in Aotearoa New Zealand. What unites us is that we're evidence led, driven by what works, and committed to making the world better.
We're looking for people that have at least three years' experience working in:
We welcome applications from people anywhere in the world, and are open to both in person and remote workers.
People with experience working at NGOs, within government/the public sector, or at another campaigning organisation are particularly encouraged to reach out.
For all applicants, a dedication to making the world better through evidence based campaigning is a must.
Roles will be designed around people - and we are happy to consider employment arrangements ranging from contract and casual work, to full time permanent roles, depending on your personal situation, the work you want to be doing, and the skills you have.
We're keen not to overburden applicants.
For this first stage, we just ask that you write a cover letter explaining why you'd like to join Supergood, the types of campaigns you're most interested in, and the skills and interests you'd bring with you which you think may be able to help us have more impact in the world. Make it no more than 1000 words; make it stand out; and use all your own words please - no AI at this stage!
Applications will be considered as they are received, so please don't hold off on applying.
Thank you!
