About the Role
This hands-on, part-time position (25 hours/week) offers flexibility and autonomy, with some weekend and evening work required. As Trust Manager, you will:
Lead and manage a small team
Develop and implement strategies to promote environmental sustainability and community-led conservation
Engage with the community through outreach programs, events, and activities
Manage administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, reporting, and grant seeking
Maintain social media accounts and develop marketing materials
Foster relationships with stakeholders, including local businesses, residents' associations, and community groups
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone with:
A passion for environmental sustainability and conservation
Proven experience in stakeholder management, networking, and community engagement
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
