The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00pm, based in Manukau and working across South Auckland. Elements of the role may require travel.
This role will involve working within the Housing First service. The wrap-around community housing-based service will have a strong focus on transition, recovery and wellness that empowers tāngata whai ora and whānau to build the capacity to live well.
The position will require assisting individuals with high and complex needs, who are often living with intergenerational challenges, mental health, addiction and trauma issues around their needs to find and sustain homes in the community.
You will be part of an exciting service that is innovating and growing, where new ideas are encouraged and new solutions are the norm!

If you have a background in the mental health, addictions and social domains, especially with some exposure to housing or case work (although it's not a strict requirement), we are excited to receive your input. Ideally, you will possess:
